Bob was real helpful when I called asking about ordering this product. He had it made and shipped out on the same day it was ordered. When I received the package, everything was intact & the instructions were included. It was an easy install. It was harder to remove the stock resonators than it was to install my fat pipes. All in all, I would order from them again.
